1. When the mixing paddles, baffles and homogenizer are needed in the vacuum emulsifying tank, it is suggested that the main bolt and the main nut be loosened and the kettle cover of the emulsifier is lifted and disassembled.
2, the upper part of the blender in the vacuum emulsifier is usually left with a injection hole. It can be used to inject oil into the bearing when the equipment is stopped. This oil injection hole needs to be used after the pressure is removed in the kettle. It can be injected into the 30-50C.C each time with a syringe.
3, before disassembling and assembling, the material in the emulsified tank should be cleaned and the tank cleaned.
4. When the agitator system in the emulsified tank is overhauled, there is no need to open the lid of the emulsifier, but only need to unlock the nut connected with the lid of the pot, then lift the driver and dismantle the screws connected with the stainless steel inside, so that the mixing shaft will still be put into the emulsified tank.
5, during the entire maintenance process, it is forbidden to hammer various parts in the tank of the vacuum emulsifying machine by hammers or heavy objects, so as to avoid affecting the installation accuracy.
