Application of vacuum emulsifier: it is suitable for making cream and cream products in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food and other industries.

Characteristic:

1, material contact part is made of SUS316L high quality stainless steel without leaving any dead angle. The inside and outside surfaces of the equipment are thrown off the mirror surface to meet the GMP requirements.

2. All the pipes and parameters are controlled automatically. The original imported electrical accessories, commonly used brands such as: Schneider, SIEMENS and so on.

3, the vacuum emulsification machine can be equipped with CIP cleaning system to avoid the complexity of traditional cleaning methods and make cleaning work easier and more efficient.

4, the vacuum emulsification machine can adopt the three - fold mixing system to reduce the sealing link. The whole emulsification process is in a vacuum closed state, which not only destroys the bubbles produced when the material is emulsified, but also prevents the air from entering the unnecessary pollution.

Safety measures:

1, when the emulsion tank turns out, the lifting device will not start, so as not to cause the mixing device to collide with the emulsion tank.

2, before the top of the emulsion can not reach the highest point, the emulsion tank will not be turned over, so as not to cause the mixing device to collide with the emulsion tank.

3. When the positive pressure is discharged, the tank and the upper cover of the emulsion can be fastened with safety buckles. At this time, the lifting device will not start.

4. When the vacuum system is started and the negative pressure is formed in the tank, the lifting device will not start.

5. When the top of the emulsion tank is raised, the stirring device will not start, so as not to cause adult bodily harm.
