The material sucking method of the high shearing vacuum emulsifying mixer machine can be divided into One-way and two-way working modes;

From the discharging method the working modes can be divided in radial flow and axial flow.

From the structure fo the rotors, it can be divided in Slotted ring type, closed groove ring type, four straight blade rotor, three curved blade rotor, multi-layer open (closed) groove ring type;

From the structure of the stator, it can be divided in Straight slot open type, straight slot closed type, inclined slot open type, inclined slot closed type, mesh hole, round hole, multi-layer type;

From the demand of of working sealing, it can be divided into Open (suspended, kettled) type, sealed emulsifier (machine seal, water seal, oil seal, magnetic drive seal);

The closed type rotors and stators adopt precision matching, and the slotted rotating stator generally has a slightly larger clearance.

The stators and rotors of the vacuum emulsifying mixer machine are usually made of forgings, It is provided with good mechanical properties, and shearing, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying efficient. The homogenizer is consist of the stator and rotor. The rotor has strong shearing energy with its extremely high linear velocity and high-frequency mechanical effect, so that the material is subjected to shearing, centrifugal extrusion, compacting in the precise gap between the rotor and the stator. Thereby achieving the effects of dispersion, grinding and emulsification.
