Q11: How about the after service?

A5: There’s no problem we could send our engineer to install or fix the machine locally in due course but customer need to pay the round air tickets cost and arrange the hotel accommodation for our engineer.


Q12: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A12: Yes,we have 100%test before delivery.


Q13: How do you make our business long-term and good relationship

Q14:Can you do as specific size print own logo on it ?

A14:Yes.we specifications customized and personalized customization.


Q15:Warranty and after service?

A15: One Year warranty and free repair for quality problem in normal use. 

Q16:How to make sure quality

A16:Every machine will do test before shipping,once there is problem,well stop

delivery.and also support send person do the factory inspection.


Q17: Are your engineers be able to serve in oversea?

A17: Yes, we have a lot of experience install the machine in overseas.


Q18: What is your material of your product?

A18: Adopt with full stainless steel 304 and 316L


Q19: What can you do for us if the machine break down while we are using it?

A19: We already have enough experience on this industry, our technology is very mature. Normally, the spare parts need be changed with some labor operation problem or overusing .Once you make the order from us, we will offer the detailed manual operation and the videos which will show you how to avoid some labor operation problem or overusing and how to change the spare parts, is very easy to operate.

And before machine shipping out, every machine need pass all the testing and checking process and tech recording. We would prefer our customers come to test our machines together, we will arrange our engineer to train you, we would show how to avoid and solution to some possible little problem happening with wrong operation. If these problems happen while you are using it, you can solve by yourself, which will not delay your production time.

Once some techs could not solved by yourself, oversea engineer would be sending to your country for assisting you on work with your permission.


Q20: What should I do if we are not able to operate the machine when we receive it?

A20: Operation manual and video demonstration sent along with the machine to give instructions. Besides, we have professional after-sale group to customer’s site to solve any problems.
